Linode, a growing cloud hosting company, chose a historic Philadelphia building (the Girard corn Exchange National Bank) as their new headquarters. Ballinger was selected to design the adaptive reuse of the 15,000-square-foot former bank and transition Linodians from suburban offices to Philadelphia’s emerging N3rd Street tech and design hub.
Three CREW Philadelphia companies are part of this exciting project: Ballinger, C. Erickson & Sons and Dawood Engineering. This tour will showcase the building before the renovation featuring historic details and finishes unveiled during selective demolition and for exploratory investigations.
Reservations requested by 4pm Monday, March 13th.
Reservations after this date will be accepted on a space-available basis. There will be a surcharge of $20 after the registration deadline and onsite for walk-ins the day of the event.
Stay tuned to for a post construction tour later this year!
