In this educational session, you will learn the fundamentals of a commercial real estate deal. Topics include leasing, finance, valuation, appraisals, architecture and design, and development. The focus will be on key concepts and vocabulary that are essential to understanding the components of a real estate deal or transaction. Differences between different types of commercial real estate will be discussed.
