Committees

Boost your leadership skills and expand your network by being part of a CREW Philadelphia Committee all while making a difference in our mission to advance the success of women in commercial real estate. Committee members learn about the operations of CREW Philadelphia, connect with other dedicated members, and gain the valuable experience needed for future leadership positions within CREW Philadelphia and/or CREW Network.

All current CREW Philadelphia members are welcome to explore the opportunity of committee service.

MEMBERSHIP

The Membership Committee focuses on identifying prospective members through networking and professional development opportunities to grow the CREW Philadelphia membership. These events build personal and professional relationships with the goal of developing new business opportunities among members. Recruitment activities include reaching out to nonmember guests within the Commercial Real Estate field who have attended prior events to answer questions they have about CREW, offering encouragement to join CREW Philadelphia, and providing assistance with the application process. Committee members serve as ambassadors to all new members to ensure they are integrated, engaged, and getting the most out of their membership. As part of the Ambassador program, committee members personally reach out to new members welcoming them to CREW Philadelphia, and greet them at events. The Committee organizes various events for non-members to attend and learn more about CREW Philadelphia from current members.
