With local colleges facing an expected decrease in student population and with several colleges turning the focus onto lowering or freezing tuition, how are the facilities/planning/design departments keeping up with needs? Is there more of a focus on renovation lately? How are the various universities addressing the stock of 1960’s buildings? What are the upcoming projects on the local campuses?
